About this tool
This free online JSON to Swift generator turns a sample JSON payload into Swift Codable structs. Paste a representative response, set a root type name, and the tool infers a type for every field — including nested objects and array elements.
Structs conform to Codable so they work with JSONDecoder out of the box. Optional and nullable fields use Swift optionals, and a CodingKeys enum is generated when a property name needs to differ from the JSON key.
Speeds up iOS / macOS model scaffolding when you already have a JSON fixture from an API or mock server.
Generation runs entirely in your browser. Your JSON is never uploaded or stored, so it is safe to use with production API responses and payloads that contain sensitive data.
JSON Toolbox processes all data locally in the browser. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
